OMLpatches

Around the end of July I made a custom order with omlpatches. Communication has been pretty bad, I only get answers if I email her first and ask. The order has supposedly shipped twice (no tracking number). I didn't really question the tracking number the first time since it was an order for 7, 3" badges, easily stuffed into an envelope, but now with a second (supposed) mailing not arriving I went online to look a little harder at them (as I clearly should have before). Apparently there's a lot of similar cases of this. I've requested to have my order refunded as I'm clearly never going to receive it. If she doesn't, do I have any other action I can take to recoup my losses?

How did you pay?

I had a bad experience with OML as well, they sent me one email back a week after I placed the order, looked like shit.
And I sent about a dozen emails over the next 5 weeks, no responses.
Luckily I paid credit card, so I got visa to reverse the charge. OML complained obviously, but I go the charge reversed since their communication was non existent and bordering on stealing money from me.

I had amazing luck with butler patches though. Right off the bat they got me the exact rendering I wanted, communication was great. The only thing that was annoying was getting the colors right.

So never buy from them

Paid through Visa, and yes, I'd definately recommend not buying from them.

Then you can get Visa on their ass, or get them to do a chargeback.
