Hello everyone!

I have a simple question I need answered. Last week, I ordered myself a PCU lvl 5 Replica on Ebaybanned.com... Strangely enough, 1 week later, I go check the website for my order and it stills says "processing". So here's my question to you all : Is it normal that Ebaybanned takes a poopload of time getting your package prep'd and shipping it to Canada?

Yup...I give them 2 weeks..then file a paypal dispute..it goes in the mail the next day. Pretty sad really.

Ebanned is the worst, will ship half your order, and the other half you'll never see. I will never buy from them again.

Fuck yeah....... my ebairsoft order still hasn't been completely shipped yet. And I have 3 tracking numbers lol, and one of my items was refunded because it actually wasn't in stock. It has now been.... something like 3 weeks since I initially submitted my order/payment.

Edit: response to Ex... I started a dispute a week after payment, and I got my order refunded. Put together a new order 2 days later and just pestered the guy every second day. Seems to have worked pretty good so far, by playing email tag every 2-3 days... I have all the items that ebaybanned has my money for (or at least they're waiting at CBSA somewhere)

Painfully slow is pretty much standard practice for Ebaybanned.

Sorry to hear you ordered from them as well. There are numerous threads about it. Not sure why they are still in business with the crap they pull.

They're alright for ordering non critical items, but as others have said a 2week wait is about average. Regarding the "ship half your order and never see the rest" comment; interesting as I just received a package from them last week. Inside the envelope was a note saying "shipped rest of order via different package to reduce your duty"... Assuming I get my items, (i'm on vacation so I don't know if it is waiting for me at home) that's very considerate of them.

As Ex suggested, a paypal dispute goes a long way towards motivating them.

Just did a small team order not too long ago, took about a week to process, and a few days to ship.
But the horror stories remain true.

So I won't be seeing my Lvl 5 PCU anytime soon, eh?

They like to ship things apart to reduce shipping fees for them i guess. what ever, we get free shipping. Also, they're quite busy right now due to chinese newyear just ending a few weeks ago. You can imagine all the orders that were placed during that period that had to get filled.
I personally have never had a problem with them, just takes anywhere from 1 week to 2 months for stuff to arrive.
They always seem to respond to my emails within a day, and happily give me the tracking numbers.

Shipping isn't really free, I believe its hidden in the price of the item. Out of the three orders I have ever placed, only one has been a pleasant transaction. I have not dealt with for almost over a year and will happily continue to avoid dealing with them.

I actually have always had good service in terms of replacement when needed and things like that, but yeah they're slow to process. I still buy from them quite often.

Check airsoftpark.com they also include the shipping in their prices, and so far I've had outstandingly good service from these guys.

Why don't you email THEM and ask?

I've been ordering from them for about a year now, it takes minimum 2 weeks, to about a month. Don't worry you'll get you stuff. I swear by them. Always got what I orderd.
