Check this out. It looks awesome.

Is it the first full auto GBB pistol?

Strelok July 7th, 2010 16:00

No, there have been a few 18C's before it already. Along with a 'Full auto' Desert eagle, lol.

Pliskin July 7th, 2010 16:03

Very nice Pistol...though I'd never invest in one, I'd hate to replace parts constantly that can't deal with such a high speed.

HeadlessChicken July 7th, 2010 16:31

I'd like to know is if this will fit the FMG which is build for the KSC G18C. I never realized TM never made a G18C GBB.

Brayden July 7th, 2010 17:13

wonder if they will run into the same problem as ksc did

KSC's Glock 18c is 10 years old now and it wasn't even the first.

things are rarely ever new or the first anymore.

Kos-Mos July 7th, 2010 18:21

Me want... I was looking for a KSC G18C but I think I will wait for the TM one instead...

Slash July 7th, 2010 18:52

I meant TM first auto GBB :)

It does look nice.

New Tokyo marui G18c pistol and m4

Jagd July 11th, 2010 12:34

Here's the best demonstration of what the gun is capable off:

YouTube- Tokyo Marui GLOCK18C GBB

But it seems to be restricted to 134a duster only. Prolly the reason why so many 18c user has problem with their gun, cauz they are using propane, the life expectency of a full auto pistol running on 134a only is certainly much higher! yet we seldomly see people using it

This gun is my next buy for sure! Certainly be better than the KSC one...

Alot of TM guns say hfc134a only but most handle really well on propane, and I'm guessing the new glock18c is mostly made up of old glock 17 parts with a couple or modifications in the rear. So there should be parts o plenty for it.

http://www.arms-cool.net/forum/thread-66860-1-1.html

Someone posted some pics of his on Taiwanese forum....

Key take away points:
-new blow back system design, incompatible with old G17 parts
-reinforced mag catch for the long mag(extra weight)
-reinforced mag-to-nozzle contact seal
-better(and different) trades on the plastic slide
-shoots better on stock hammer spring than upgraded ones
-propane ready(though supposedly someone had already cracked their slide, knowing TM though the metal upgrades should be available soon)
-good recoil power(his word, not mine)

Other notable thing on that page...

-He upgraded his with Guarder lower frame, with updated design that should solve the problem of snapping front screw post(I am very interested in this)
-Guarder Desert Storm Glock 17 slide in STEEL might be out soon(out already in Taiwan)....

misomalu July 15th, 2010 13:58

True and if one wants more power you can buy a new nozzle and possibly rocket valve

Reckless July 17th, 2010 14:57

good lord my bank account just started crying...

pair of G18C's.. 6 50rnd mags... wait is that my account crying.. or the guys I play with...

bwahahahaha

hattrick July 17th, 2010 19:03

when running on green gas / Top Gas, the Model 18c tends to have trouble striking the valve completely open, as the hammer spring is a little shy of the strength required to handle the increased gas pressuer. To solve this problem, don't charge your 50round magazine fully. In the future we shall see if our technological geniuses at Redwolf Custom works can work out a stronger hammer spring for this very reason.

Hey guys would any of you have an idea of what is causing my problem ? Just got a brand new one and not knowing much about full auto GBBs and Glocks, I'm a bit stumped. Everything worked great (shooting around 300fps with .20s on propane) until I took the slide off to ajust the hopup, now the BBs just roll out of the barrel when shooting... At first I thought it was the hopup that I had ajusted that was blocking them but now that I turned it all the way off, the exact same thing happens... other then that it cycles great, shoots strong and all.... I'm confused :S

Stealthee November 29th, 2010 18:19

I just had that problem yesturday at a game. If anyone knows why, please share.

Old School Punk November 30th, 2010 12:06

I would say lude the hell out of the thing and keep shooting.

I have had a few issues with mine, and I find that spraying some silicone lube into the slide tends to cure just about everything with these guns.

The problem that I have had is that the first 4 or 5 shots out of each magazine just barely shoot out of the gun. It seems that each shot gets progresively stronger and has harder blow back.

One really wierd thing is that the problem goes away quicker if you fire your first few shots directly at the floor.

Once you get to about the 6th shot the thing is shooting at full strength.

It's almost like the rubber seal at the top of the magazine doesn't seat 100% until a few shots have cycled through it.

Either that or it takes a few shots to get the gas to push some silicone lube into some area that is prone to binding, it's hard to tell.

Stealthee November 30th, 2010 13:52

Okay an update on the BB's rolling out of the barrel: Turn up your hop up.

If you leave it off, there isn't much hop up rubber contact on the BB so the BB just rolls out. I turned up mines and now it stays in place, even if I cock the slide back while pointing the gun towards the ground.

Make sure to use 0.20g BBs since the power isn't that high.

Old School Punk November 30th, 2010 15:53

I did a little upgrading to my Tokyo Marui G18C, so I figured this is as good a place to show it off as any; :D

I added a thread barrell adaptor to it so I could install a silencer on it.

http://i414.photobucket.com/albums/p...7/IMG_3402.jpg

I also added a shoulder stock, foregrip, aiming laser and extra long magazine.

http://i414.photobucket.com/albums/p...7/IMG_3406.jpg

It's always a little bit tricky finding that fine line between making your gun look cool, and being this guy ...

http://i414.photobucket.com/albums/p...7/funny397.jpg

I hope that I have stayed on the "cool side" of things with this gun. ;)

Wow and here I thought Tokyo Marui pistols were supposed to be "high end"... Not impressed so far, even tho I knew full autos needed more maintenance and possibly reinforcement because of the propane... Maybe I should've gone with the KSC version instead. :S

Old School Punk November 30th, 2010 16:23

I had a KSC G18C which I sold, in order to buy this Tokyo Marui version.

In my opinion the TM version is a "better" airsoft gun than the KSC one, but not by much.

The KSC seems to be made of a slightly harder plastic, and I believe that it is a hair bigger than that TM gun.

The TM - Glock is way more acurate than the KSC gun though. Also I believe that the TM gun cycles a tiny bit quicker than the the KSC one did.

I also find that the TM magazines feed BBs into the gun far better than the KSC mags. It was very rare to be able to shoot off a whole mag worth of BBs without them getting jammed in the mag at least once or twice with the KSC.

Overall I like the feel and the weight of the TM better than the KSC, but really they are very, very close in terms of overall performance in my opinion.

This information is incorrect!

Gas pistols do MUCH better on heavy weight BB's.

From the testing I've done, you see almost a 0.10 Joule increase going from .20 to .28. Sure the FPS goes down, but the impact energy goes up because the BB stays in the barrel longer and it allows for further expansion of the gas.

Stealthee November 30th, 2010 18:59

I stand corrected. I was using 0.25g BBs with hop up turned all the way off, so maybe that's why it only went 3 meters and dropped.

Where'd you find one of those in stock? Or was it a part kicking around that you decided to make use of?

Old School Punk November 30th, 2010 19:23

A friend on the board here found one for me at Evike in the States.

It fits the gun nice, but with the silencer on, it does interfere a bit with the gun cycling properly. I might put a more powerful spring set in it, or I might not. The silencer is really just for looks, it doesn't do much with the noise aspect.

Well just slap me and call me Lucy, turning UP the hopup and lubing the shit out of it worked like a charm ! Now hopefull it'll stay that way a while since I'm putting it in a Hera kit and that thing is not a drop in... maintenance will be a bitch.

Btw from all I've heard on Arnies and here, because I'm using it in a Hera kit I'm leaving it bone stock with the plastic slide so as to do without the usual enhancements like high out-flow valve and 150% return springs that's needed with a metal slide... of course the slide will probably eventually crack but at 15$ a pop, I'm not too worried about that.

But still since I'll only use it on propane, does anybody have any suggestions to help with consistency or durability?

I'll put up pics in the Hera kit a little bit later... :D
