Ya, that's actually perfectly normal, happens to everyone on their first time. Sometimes the sheer epic-ness of that drink gets to people, not everyone can handle such a powerful drink. I had a couple friends that tried it, same thing happened......actually now that I think about it, I don't think I saw them again after that, oh well, they probably moved away, I'm sure they're doing great.

if he doesn't like doing shots you can always just mix the two bottles. Make sure you mix them in a closet tho... don't want anyone to catch you and take all of your delicious beverage.

BTW if you are having trouble making ice you can always use these, they are great and last a long time. they don't dilute your drink like the ice will either. they come pre-made to take out all the guess work.
