Palucol, are you sure you put in the little nub in the hop up?
What if you installed the new rubber on your barrel and then the nub fell off?
That can also be the reason why you're BBs are falling down the barrel.
If BB's are falling down the barrel, it's not the magazine, it's your hop up.

BTW how could the rubber be incorrectly placed?

There are some videos you can search up on google how to install and take apart the M4 / M16 hop up unit.

The line in the hop up should line in into the barrels' line.

NO, double feeding, BBs falling down the barrel, and even triple feeding can all be caused by double stacking magazine.

TRY DIFFERENT MAGAZINES FIRST. DONT LOOK INTO THE HOP UP RUBBER YET. You are only giving yourself more trouble trying to assemble it back together if you don't know what you're doing.

and lacking hop up bucking doesn't give such a problem, having no bucking is just the same as adjusting the hop up all the way down.

got my TM mags, and ya, it still doesn't continuously feeds on full auto, but on semiauto, it shoots perfectly, or 8/10 of the times.

I think I'll need to find a airsoft gunsmith and show that to him.....

PS: Are they any airsoft gunsmith in the Ottawa region?
