Sorry but that is absolutely not JTF2. That is CSOR during Op Impact. The patch on his right arm is a CSOR patch created specifically for Op Impact.

Possibly, but they might cost more since the want for a collar would be less than the flash hider itself. Recce rifles don't use them, and some people already have them made like ShadowTwoSix.
