Very good job N-Force I am watching your build! By the way how does the gun perform with the metal back plate? RAS rail on a Mp5K would look amazing, but would it become to heavy? I want to buy the PDW kit so I have the threaded barrel.

Thanks for remind me about the weight comparison.
HK416c and M4 stock both are light weight. But the HK PDW stock is well built very strong and pretty heavy, it still makes a well balance from front to end with this full metal MP5k tho. This RIS is made from plastic and should be light, I think it will look very cool! So far I fired 7-10 full mags full auto and the back plate is still holding very well. I don't worry about it would have a chance to be broken and fly out hitting my face since the supports are all on the top pin and upper receiver. Only is this pot metal could have the chance to get crack while heavy recoiling impact. In case it's crack, I'll modify the original one to fit in. Would be even stronger. |

It's not metal on metal, just like A3, has a buffer between the bolt and back plate, this k buffer is a bit shorter and with thick spring and plastic tube. It reduces the direct impact.

That's the final one.....
Hold your breath...... Very tempting, hah..... http://i1285.photobucket.com/albums/...ps0d9438a3.jpg http://i1285.photobucket.com/albums/...ps8981c54a.jpg http://i1285.photobucket.com/albums/...ps16784756.jpg http://i1285.photobucket.com/albums/...psa5094d12.jpg |
Does the rail fit well?

This RIS is not designed for VFC, so needs a bit mod and surprisingly sit in really well since it is not metal and is plastic, more flexible for perfect fit in, even light weight tho. Not only looking cool but also functional. Like this combination. If I'll have a second one, will keep it original without many add-on!

Thanks! :D |
Hah, there is one pdw for sale in gas/spring gun forum.

After game it today, found it really good in close range, tho it's low power but accurate. Recoil for burst is good, even sound. 500 rounds shot through it and the back plate is still holding well. So happy to got it and satisfied the quality. If I'll have time ,I might share "how to tune up bolt and nozzle for GBBR".
