You should try to make the battery wiring go through the stock into the gun instead of out side it and try and find or make a full stock.

The back plate that is attached to the stock is made of metal, and I have no way of drilling a hole into it, thus, I can't put it through the stock. :(

while we're at it, anyone knows how to take apart the magazine retention system to oil it ?
thxxx :D

That would work. I'll hit up my local RC joint and get some connectors.

Assuming that you're talking about the spring in a hi-cap, on the M4 mag, when you remove the internals, there are 2 screws to unscrew on the side, and some retaining ring on the winding wheel that can be (carefully) pulled off. take out the screws and retaining ring, and pull the two halves apart slowly. there's another wheel in there with knobs on it. Pull that out, and on the other side, there's the spring. I didn't actually take it out, myself, but I don't think it'd be a good idea to take it out. When I cleaned the hi cap, all I did was run all of the other parts under water with soap, and then put it back together after hand drying it.

A metal drill bit maybe? :confused:

Too bad you couldn't make that end thread off, than just turn the big battery into a big stick battery and hide it in that tube.

All I have to drill, is some cheap third world Dremel, and a 25 year old electric screwdriver I got from my grand father... Not too much power there... I could try with the dremel... Hmmm... I'll see what I can do...

Well... I wish I could get my hands on a vert fore grip, or wish that my RIS hadn't broke into tiny pieces while playing a while back... ;(

but I just installed a Deans Ultra plug onto it... HOLY SHIT! Fucking orgasmic ROF! I'm so giddy, now! I could just scream in joy like a little school girl!

Ugly as hell, but I absolutely have to respect the DIY aspect.

So, grudging kudos. And I mean that in the best way.

Thanks. =D

I'm thinking of ways to make it more aesthetically pleasing... Not coming up with anything... Well... I saw a folding shotgun stock a while back at some sporting goods store that I think might possibly work, but they are out of stock, currently.
