instead of startin a new thread, ill dig up this one.

Does anyone know where to obtain Cadpat boots? I know Seekah has a pair, as Ive seen em wearing the things. I also know that I could take a pair of jungle boots and sew in some cadpat material. Just would like to know if these boots are available to the common folk yet.

No. The CADPAT boots aren't even on issue to RegF yet. AFAIK they're still running the trials through.
