Warlord H Mod Pics

This mod makes it easy to release and put back together and I have found it very comfortable.

m102404 June 13th, 2011 19:35

Yes, the are stackable (I did that). Stacked close together I'm not sure how they'd do with wider mags.

They are a PITA to put on.

First pic...
Blackhawk (Recon Commando something chest rig...like a RRV)
L-to-R
- top loading admin pouch (snack, pens, misc)
- triple double blackhawk M4 panel
- stacked tacos (2 AK mags)
- stacked tacos (2 AK mags)
- misc mini admin

Blackwater Battle Belt
L-to-R
- single taco (M4 mag)
- Phantom radio pouch
- rubber knife
- TAG roll up dump pouch
- can't remember what make frag pouch
- 1911 serpa + modded Hicapa 5.1
- Eagle double M4 pouch...just put it on trying something out, might not stay or may keep for smoke/frag
- Phantom frag pouch
- Leatherman wave...sort of tucked out of view
http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...3/DSC00889.jpg

Second Pic - stacked tacos w/ m4 mags...blackhawk double with 2xM4 mags, flap folded into pouch
http://i156.photobucket.com/albums/t...3/DSC00891.jpg

Third Pic - same as above...but note the stack height difference between the tacos and the "plain" double M4 pouch. I will note that extracting the mags from the tacos is a lot smoother vs. the double M4's (which isn't bad to begin with).

I meant something like this image. (NovaKaynE's vest)

Frozen Tex June 24th, 2011 17:16

I sometimes use a small backpack over my CIRAS....

You can sort of see here, the straps go over my shoulders, then get tucked under the CIRAS straps, and the sternum strap runs under the front of the vest. Fairly easy to remove while in-game.

MilanWG June 24th, 2011 17:48

I have been running a Ferro 6094 now for a while.

If you are looking for a not-too-big-not-too-small pack that fits right in the lower end of tactical load carriers, check out:

The Eagle YOTE:

http://www.eagleindustries.com/produ...t=0&featured=Y

"The shoulder straps could be stowed and the MOLLE webbing on the back panel could be used to attach the Yote to his body armor as an assault pack."

There is a nice little write up about it on kitup.military.com

http://kitup.military.com/2011/06/mi...agle-yote.html

Wantabe_Warrior June 24th, 2011 18:11

I'll contribute with my second line.
-1x CIRAS land ver. (MC)
-1x admin pouch (MC)
-1x Canadian flag (tan)
-2x open top mag pouches (MC)
-1x EMT pouch (OD)
-1x 1-point bungee sling (tan)
*Edit: the attachment isn't working for me*

And continue the discussion.
1) I need something for a hydration bladder.
2) I was also thinking of using it to carry gear to and from games and keep my stuff together, like rain gear, ammo (BBs/GG), and other gear.
3) I only have a CIRAS (land) and don't have money for a different vest.
4) It looks cool. The Ares Armor Combat XII pack is cooler and would work better, but I have other things to buy first.
5) I was just really wondering, and I can actually find out by asking.

As posted in the SEALs thread

Major greenside WIP, lots to be worked on

BHI H-harness
EI belt
Aussie issue DPCU belt pad
3x LC2 ammo pouch
2x LC1 canteen
1x LC2 canteen
Modded USGI buttpack
BHI PRC112 belt pouch
LBT drop E&E pouch
OKC FF4

fin holder on the back

http://i288.photobucket.com/albums/l...t/DSC_0645.jpg

PRC pouch and h-harness are to be changed for older LBT products if I can ever find some... Worst case I'll scavenge an LBV for the harness alone
