My first A&A experience was a bit underwhelming, but partially due to the product I bought. The Firepower F4 carbine (yeah, piece of crap) essentially fired 10 rounds before the mechbox blew apart. And the KJW M9 shipped with a broken mag. But Mark accepted it back (at his expense for shipping) and we made arrangements to upgrade to the CA M15A4 instead. I had that and the new M9 mag in a few days.

So in the end, he made things right in a timely manner, and what more can you ask from a retailer? They'll get more of my business in the future for sure.

Is he going to put up his prices along with his rifles/accessories or do you have to email him to get any price? I like to know the price right away rather than having to enquire and wait for an email.

Hey Rukus...have you registered yet on the new site. If you haven't then that's probably why the prices are not showing. I had thesame problem but after I registered, the prices showed up.

NOTE TO FORUM MODERATOR...Please update the link on the Canadian Retailers to link to the A&A site:

I emailed them for some items 2 days ago, and never get a response. Anyone actually get a response, or see the price on the new website?

Mark has been absolutely terrific in replying to my emails. Registering and activation on his new website was pretty much instantaneous. This is my first time buying since DEA and Rangers shut down and I was hesitant to buy online since 007 is still in town, but Mark has what I want in stock and I only had to wait 4 minutes before Mark replied to my initial inquiry! Since then it's still been pretty much instantaneous responses to my emails - and that's even with him launching the new site and dealing with the whole new can of worms that that opens. I'm extremely impressed.

I defanitly recommend A&A. I bought a SCK kit through him, the kit had a problems out of the box and Mark was awesome in helping me get it resolved at no cost to me. In the end, he ended up sending me another motor for my PTW for free other then shipping my bad motor to him. Big thumbs up from me.

I miss the "latest additions" which used to appear at the bottom of the main page.

Prices are now listed in the open, I figured he'd change it eventually.

Chrios December 13th, 2007 19:35

This is ridiculous, I think for the people like me who register at like on 3 hours after the new site got display never got E-mail confirmation. I knew I should have waited 3 days later...

Griffin December 13th, 2007 20:40

Try sending another email, I know his wife Jennifer told over phone other day they have been swarmed with emails.

Starnight December 13th, 2007 20:49

Yeah I got confirmed within a few mins, at first I couldnt see the prices but I went back bout and hour later and the prices were up.
